Sessions take place in my private studio in the heart of Katy, just 10 minutes from LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch and about 30 minutes from most West Houston neighborhoods.
Everything is prepared before you arrive. Every step is guided, so you always know exactly what to do and what to expect. You show up. I take care of everything else.

Hello, I'm Paloma Schell
My career has always gone hand in hand with motherhood. I’ve experienced pregnancy and those first days three times and that changed everything about how I photograph families.
When I photograph an expectant mother, I don’t just see a growing belly. I see the anticipation, the uncertainty, the changes, everything that comes with bringing a new life into the world. These days deserve to be preserved exactly as they are. When I hold your baby, I carry an entire world in my arms. My mission is to care for your little one with the same safety, gentleness, and respect I would want for my own children.
Years from now, I hope these photographs remind you of the extraordinary woman you were while carrying your baby and bring back every tiny detail of this chapter, almost as if you could smell that moment all over again.

The woman you’ve just met is only part of my story. Since 2010, I’ve had the privilege of photographing newborns and growing families while also educating and mentoring photographers around the world. Along the way, I’ve authored three books, trained more than 4,500 photographers, and spoken at over 30 conferences across 17 countries.
