Are the clothes included in the photo session? What kind of clothes should I wear for the maternity session?
I recommend wearing clothes that highlight your belly, such as fitted dresses, tops, and pants. After booking, I'll provide a detailed guide to help you choose outfits that create a harmonious, cohesive look for the session. My photography style is modern, natural, and minimalist, with a focus on the mother-to-be. The best part is that most of the clothes I suggest are likely already in your wardrobe, so there’s no need to invest in pieces you won’t use again.
Although we don’t provide clothing for the session, rest assured that our guide offers all the inspiration you need to find perfect, stylish pieces right from your closet. The recommended outfits are usually basic items and lingerie, easy to find at home. Additionally, all the clothes worn by the pregnant women in my portfolio belong to the clients themselves, demonstrating that the selections are simple yet elegant.
Can I include my partner and children in the maternity photos?
Yes, you have two options. The first is to choose the Luxe package, which already includes photos with your partner and children. The other option is to book the Petit package and add family photos for an additional $50 per person.
Where will the session take place?
Sessions are held in my fully-equipped studio in Downtown Houston, specifically designed to provide comfort for both babies and expectant mothers. For your convenience, we offer free valet parking so you won't have to worry about finding a place to park your car.
How do I schedule a session?
You can check my online calendar and select an available date that best fits your schedule.
How will the payments be made?
At the time of booking, you will pay 50% of the session value to guarantee the date on the calendar. After the session, you will receive a proof gallery with the best photos to choose from. Only after the selection will we send an invoice with the session balance, including the remaining 50%, family additions, extra photos, and products, if you have purchased any.
How can I prepare for the session?
After booking, you will receive a guide with all the necessary information to better prepare for the session, ensuring no doubts remain.
What is the delivery time and format of the images?
Within five days after the session, you will receive a proof gallery containing unedited, watermarked images for your selection. You will have two weeks to choose your favorites. Once you have made your selections, the invoice for the remaining balance will be sent within 48 hours. The final, fully edited high-resolution images (in JPG format, without watermarks) will be delivered via an online gallery within two weeks after the final payment is received. Please note that if you purchase albums or frames, the delivery time may vary depending on the supplier.
How is the photo editing process, and what does it include?
The photo editing process is approached with care and dedication, treating each image as a work of art. Each edit takes 20 to 30 minutes, focusing on advanced skin retouching, body contour enhancement, and optional slimming adjustments to elegantly highlight your beauty. While care and dedication are top priorities, I also understand the excitement of receiving the final images. That’s why the entire process is planned to ensure that the fully edited photos are delivered within two weeks, combining exceptional quality with timely delivery.
