1. Registration Fee and Payment
1.1. The Participant agrees to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $180 at the time of registration.
1.2. This amount will be deducted from the total workshop fee of $680, which covers 8 hours of instruction.
1.3. The remaining balance of $500 will be invoiced up to one week before the course date and must be paid no later than 48 hours before the course begins.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1. The registration fee is non-refundable.
2.2. In the event of workshop cancellation by the Organizer, all amounts paid by the Participant will be fully refunded.
2.3. Once the remaining balance has been paid, it is also non-refundable, even if the Participant does not attend the workshop. Due to the limited number of spots and the short notice, it is not possible to offer the reserved spot to another participant in time.
3. Participant Responsibilities
3.1. The Participant must arrive at the workshop venue in advance and be prepared for all scheduled activities.
3.2. The Participant is responsible for bringing their photography equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition.
3.3. The Participant agrees to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the Organizer during the workshop.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage to or loss of photographic, personal, or other belongings of the Participant.
4.2. The Organizer will not be liable for any injury, loss, or personal damage suffered by the Participant during the workshop, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Organizer.
4.3. The Organizer has no control over the poses the baby will allow during the workshop. The baby’s behavior and cooperation are unpredictable and beyond the Organizer’s control.
4.4. If the baby does not cooperate for certain poses, the Organizer will use an appropriate doll to demonstrate the techniques and poses that were not possible with the real baby.
5. Image Rights
5.1. The Participant grants the Organizer the right to use any photographs taken during the workshop for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
5.2. The Participant retains the copyright to the photographs they take during the workshop.
6. General Provisions
6.1. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements, oral or written.
6.2. Any modification to this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By submitting payment of the registration fee, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
