- MINI SESSION FREE - The mini-session is free and includes photoshoot and 7 digital images. The mini-session does NOT include printed photos or products. - SESSION IMAGES - The photographer is not obligated to capture any specific moment or pose. The photographer reserves the right to edit the photographs as she sees fit based on her experience and may omit any image that does not meet her standards. The final images will be ready within 4 weeks after the session. The photographer does not provide or sell RAW files and only delivers edited images. The photographer is not required to keep copies of the photos from this session after 90 days of delivering the photos to the client. - RESPONSIBILITY - The customer is aware that, if they choose to print their images through a chosen personal laboratory, the print quality of the final result of the delivered digital files is not under the photographer's control and releases him from any liability for any potential claims, based on the discoloration of the final result. The client releases the photographer from all liability, claims, and damages that may result from any accidents or incidents that could have been avoided by the client, which may occur during the session. - COPYRIGHT - The Photographer owns the copyright to all images and reserves the right to use the images for advertising, display, publication, social media, and/or other purposes for our portfolio and digital archives. Under no circumstances may a customer use these images for profit, commercial endeavors, professional display, or competition. By signing this agreement, you agree not to copy, save, or reproduce images other than backing up your digital files. This includes copying and saving images from a website, social media, online gallery, or any other form of advertising. If the client uses images by any method listed above, or any other method, the client will be billed for the cost of each image the client used, at the photographer's current price per digital file. The customer agrees not to use any social media filters on images provided by the photographer. The use of any filter alters the photographer's work. Sharing images and web links from its main source is highly acceptable and you are encouraged to show family and friends your beautiful images. - MODEL RELEASE - I authorize the use of the images of all people included in the portraits, in social and related media, with the sole and exclusive purpose of disseminating the photographer's work and I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of any child (ren) mentioned above and have the legal right and authority to execute the model release stipulations mentioned in this agreement on behalf of the minor.
